Mural Ventures Corporation (Mural) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains the data collection and use practices of the SaaS Readiness - Web site (saasreadiness.com) and the SaaS Readiness Self Assessment Tool and related program services. It does not apply to other online or offline Mural sites, products, or services.

Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

Mural operates the SaaS Readiness Web site in cooperation with Microsoft Corporation, to assist Microsoft ISVs and Service Provider partners in improving their SaaS maturity level and maximizing their opportunity for success when building solutions with Microsoft products. Except as otherwise described in this statement, the information that is sent to Mural will not be shared outside of Mural, Microsoft and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your permission. Mural will always maintain the confidentiality of the information you provide and will not use your information for any other purpose.

Mural will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you, such as when registering to obtain feedback from the SaaS Readiness Self Assessment Tool.  The personal information we collect includes your name, address, company, role, country, state and city name and e-mail address. This information will be sought from each individual from your firm who will seek access to your Self Assessment Tool under a distinct login.

Mural collects and uses your personal information to  operate the SaaS Readiness Self Assessment Tool and to deliver  services  and transactions associated with the tool. These services and transactions include requesting additional information about any feedback that you may have provided about the SaaS Readiness Self Assessment Tool that you are using; providing important notifications regarding the Tool; improving the SaaS Readiness Web site and any related Mural products or services; and customizing the SaaS Readiness Web site to your particular preference or interests.

Mural Ventures Corporation may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Mural; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Mural and our family of Web sites; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Mural or Microsoft products or members of the public.

Personal information collected on this site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Mural, Microsoft or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Collection and Use of Information about Your Computer

We may collect information about your use of the SaaS Readiness Web site, including the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions. When you visit the SaaS Readiness Web site, we also collect certain standard information about your computer ("standard computer information") that your Web browser sends to every Web site you visit. This information is generally not personally identifiable. Standard computer information typically includes information such as your IP address, operating system version, browser platform and version, your hardware ID which indicates the device manufacturer, device name, and version and your regional and language settings.

Mural uses cookies to facilitate the storage of login identity information to enable faster login to the SaaS Readiness Web site upon subsequent site visits.
